Divorce Web Designer is operated by Christopher Ross, doing business as This Is My URL, based in Fort Erie, Ontario. The site describes the fixed-price website builds described on the homepage. Every engagement is priced in writing before any work begins — the number you're quoted is the number you pay, with no surprise add-ons.

Payment

Pricing on this site is stated in US dollars, and engagements are invoiced in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. A Canadian-dollar reference conversion is available at /pricing/canada/ for convenience — it is an estimate, not the invoiced amount, since exchange rates move. Payment terms are agreed before the job starts and confirmed in writing along with the price.

Ownership

What you pay for is yours. Any domain, hosting account, listing, or content produced as part of the work is registered in your name or handed over to you, not retained by Divorce Web Designer.

No warranty beyond what's stated

Content on this site describes the service as offered; it isn't a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes, since those depend on factors outside any one vendor's control.
